The compatibility of Terrasolid TerraStereo with the 3D PluraView monitor family has now officially certified by the manufacturer Schneider Digital.

With the 3D PluraView Monitor, the term “3D” is now given a completely new value for CGI and DCC: The innovative VR system makes working in virtual reality environments and stereoscopic visualization in Digital Content Creation and designing of CGIs. The new 3D PluraView is a passive virtual reality stereo monitor and plug & play Compatible with all leading 3D-capable DCC and CGI software applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro , Dassault Systems ICEM Surf & 3DExcite Deltagen , Autodesk 3ds Max, Maya, Alias & VRED oder Lumiscaphe Patchwork 3D and many more.

In the context of military geo-information applications, the latest generation stereo passive display technology is based on 3D PluraView monitors. These are predominantly used for photogrammetry and GIS/mapping, satellite imaging, UXO identification, operations planning and airspace coordination. All workplace components, i.e. workstations, stereoscopic desktop and large-format 3D stereo visualization solutions, can be shielded or ‘zoned’ to reduce or eliminate any electromagnetic emissions, now according to the NATO SDIP-27 standard (Level A, B and C).

September 2021: After a Corona-related break, the Geo-IT experts met again live at the world’s leading trade fair INTERGEO 2021. There was also a large crowd at the Schneider Digital stand with a high level of interest in 3D stereo workplace solutions.
