3D PluraView and virtual prototyping for virtual foundry 4.0

From January 16th to 18th of 2018, the international pressure casting industry met for the 12th time at Europe’s largest trade fair for die casting at the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Together with its virtual prototyping partner ESI and the metallurgical specialist ECOTRE VALENTE, Schneider Digital presented the 3D PluraView passive 3D stereo monitor in practical use for the virtual foundry 4.0.

The partners demonstrated a holistic prototyping solution consisting of the latest software version of ESi and the new passive 4K 3D stereo display 3D PluraView. The new monitor generation of the 3D PluraView is now available in two housing models, three resolutions (Full HD, 2.5K, 4K) as well as up to a color depth of 10 bits. The 3D PluraView is the reference of the passive 3D stereo monitors for all applications in GIS and photogrammetry and successor of the adjusted Planar Beamsplitter monitor series.

Many trade visitors took this opportunity to get to know all the features and special highlights of the new 3D PluraView passive 3D stereo monitor live in practice at ESI.
